Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) cranberry juice
- 1 cup (250ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 3 cm cucumber
Directions
If using frozen blueberries thaw first. Blend blueberries, cucumber & eggs until thoroughly blended. Slowly add cranberry juice until smooth.
If left in refrigerator this smoothie will turn slightly solid. Simply add ½ cup (125ml) cranberry juice when ready to serve.
