Fresh Zest



Ingredients

- 3 oranges
- 3 passion fruit
- 1 mango
- 4 celery sticks

Wash and chop off heads of celery. Peel oranges & mango & slice. Juice celery sticks. Blend oranges & mango. Scoop out passion fruit and add with celery juice to blending mixture.

If preferred simply juice mango & oranges with celery then add passion fruit & shake well.

Berry Packed Protein


Ingredients

- 1 cup (250ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (250ml) cranberry juice
- 2 eggs

Blend blueberries & eggs, then slowly add cranberry juice until smooth. Preferably thaw blueberries if using frozen, although un-thawed will work.
