Fresh Forrest Berries

Ingredients

- ½ cup (125ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup (125ml) fresh or frozen blackberries
- ½ cup (125ml) fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
- 3cm cucumber

If using frozen berries thaw first. Blend all berries with cucumber. Add milk and blend until smooth.

If preferred use soy or rice milk.

Pineapple Sunrise


Ingredients

- ½ large pineapple
- 1 tomato
- 1 orange

Peel orange & pineapple, chop into cubes/slices. Blend pineapple, tomato & orange & enjoy.
