So Who Is Greg Whitburn?
First of all let’s get one thing clear. I’m not a nutritionist. I am just an every-day, ordinary, run of the mill guy.
At the age of 19 I was living the life. I had a great job with a great team of people, sitting at a desk all day. I smoked a lot of cigarettes, drunk a lot of alcohol, ate a lot of delicious food, basically over-indulging in every area I shouldn’t be, under-indulging in the exercise department.
Lucky for me, I woke up…. I was starting to get very overweight, and could see my lifestyle was getting the better of me, creeping up and turning my motivation for life into a handful of excuses.
So I made the decision that day to do a complete 360, eat the right types of food, start breathing fresh air, get active, and carry a hunger for opportunity with me each and every day.
I made a 5 day smoothie plan to kick off this new lifestyle. And I saw the light (so to speak!)……. In the first 5 days of my new lifestyle I lost 5kg (11 Pounds), and felt fantastic!
Ever since that day, the weight has kept coming off. I don’t believe in ‘Diets,’ I certainly don’t live the healthy lifestyle simply to loose weight, I never finish a meal hungry, it’s just choosing wisely how to eat, and how to live your lifestyle.
I’m here to help you succeed, so you can also feel 110% each morning when you wake up, so you can live a healthy, energizing lifestyle without the tiresome, uninspiring diets that never work!
